The restaurant was amazing in the reception area here, I had excellent dishes. The view of the other rooms on the ground floor from the window was exceptionally good. Really enjoyed the stay, it was fabulous for a Mercure hotel.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Everything was very clean, knowledgeable staff, wonderful location close to the centre of Bristol, Bristol and hill. We enjoyed casual restaurant in the evening and for breakfast. It had comfortable beds and a stunningly beautiful view of the other rooms on the ground floor.

I did not want to leave, spent very nice time and would be happy to recommend. The breakfast was reasonable with the toast or condiments and a yoghurt, for example and the restaurant food was outstanding.

The staff and location were very good, we enjoyed this absolutely gorgeous hotel. Plenty of meats, cheese, breads, bakery and fresh fruit available in the restaurant for breakfast. Perfect view of river. Pool was brilliant and perfect for us.

all staff were welcoming and it was a very clean in that classic hotel. many thanks to receptionist! we had a classic twin room, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. distance to the airport was just 30 km. in addition, free wi-fi was useful.
